Our minimum orders are currently 20ft (30 cubic meter) and 40ft (60 cubic meter) containers. All pricing is in U.S. dollars.

Sea Cargo shipments are much more cost effective for the client. An example of average dollar volumes needed to fill containers, depending on inventory would be; 40' (60 cubic meter) - mixed inventory $12,000.-$35,000.
20' (30 cubic meter) - mixed inventory $7,000.-$12,000.

Production time is 5-8 weeks depending on product and 30 days once the shipment leaves the Port of Surabaya.

Order Processing is simple, just place your order by email and we will put it through our database, confirm pricing back to you & provide you wire transfer information so you can make a deposit. All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipment leaving Indonesia. Your order deposit is 50% of the total order, and the balance is paid upon notification that the shipment is leaving Surabaya.

Cargo Rates: We handle all the cargo arrangements and take care of all necessary official documentation, such as certificate of origin, the bill of lading, commercial invoices, packing list, quota, visas, etc. for our clients. The reason for this is simple, after our ten years of repeat business, we can get better cargo rates locally. Some examples of cargo expenses are: trucking charges, document charges, fumigation, packing, and visas.

When a new client makes their first order with us, we automatically check the rates on your end and on our end. We do not make any money on packing or cargo related expenses. Whatever rate is best for our client is the most important choice for us.

Insurance: Insurance for your shipment can be purchased through your own insurance company, the same company you have for your car or home owners insurance. Ask your agent to sell you a policy that will insure your shipment from our shipper overseas to your front door. This is the most cost effective way to go.

Customs Broker: One of your responsibilities to yourself is to shop custom brokers for your port of entry. Shop their pricing. You will see how much they will vary. My experience is that you have to bargain with a customs broker the same way you would bargain with a car salesman. Once you have found a customs broker it is their responsibility to handle all the paper work that we send to you. The customs broker will clear your shipment to your final destination, and also recommend the most cost effective way of moving your container shipment from the port of entry to your place of delivery. We are responsible for the delivery of the container from the port of Surabaya to the port of entry that you choose. Every product that we sell is guaranteed. If you have a problem with any product in your order that is due in our part, we assume responsibility and will credit you in full against your next order.

When we receive your order we will advise you with the approximate cost of shipping. In addition, we will always make suggestions regarding upgrading or downgrading the size of your order so that you get the most cost effective cargo rates and methods of shipment.
